Elaine Avila

As the Director of Operations at 365 Digital Technologies Ltd. Co., I play a pivotal role in driving our company's success and efficiency. With extensive experience in operations management within the technology consulting industry, my expertise spans budget management, logistics, program development, and stakeholder engagement.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration and have over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, where I successfully managed diverse teams, streamlined processes, and optimized resources. In 2019, I transitioned to support my husband, Guillermo, in founding 365 Digital Technologies. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA at Lander University.

Philanthropy and community service are passions of mine. I actively participate in mentoring and volunteering. Through my leadership, 365 Digital Technologies proudly sponsors scholarships through Women Confidence Builders, Hispanic Alliance of South Carolina, and Upstate International.
