Ann is the founder of The Wright Coaching and Training Solutions. What she would love to see more of in the world is this: more people who believe in themselves and recognize the gifts and talents they bring to the world as well as appreciate the talent others bring.

Throughout Ann's 25 plus years of experience in leadership and talent development she discovered and believes that people are an organization's most valuable asset. She partners with organizations and leaders to achieve their personal and professional goals by focusing on people, culture, and everyone's unique talents. She is comfortable asking tough questions with kindness and compassion. Together they discover where they are, where they want to be, and what they are willing and able to do to achieve their goals. Ann believes businesses thrive by investing in their team members and embracing the talent each brings. Through coaching and workshops, Ann helps people develop their skills and reach their goals. She is a certified leadership and team coach with a master's degree in business leadership.

Ann lives with her husband in Ankeny, IA. They have one son who is attending grad school. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an active volunteer in her community. Some of her favorite volunteer activities include volunteering at her church, and being a member of Rotary, the local chamber, and the Iowa chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
